EXCLUSIVE — Rapper Birdman Finally Paying IOUs!

Bryan Williams

flag-exclusiveMIAMI — Rap mogul Bryan “Birdman” Williams is settling some of his IOUs, if you believe Miami-Dade County records.

Williams, the co-founder of the Cash Money Records label of Lil Wayne and Drake and Tyga and Nicki Minaj, finally made whole the construction company that renovated the mansion he bought on Palm Island for $14.5 million.

According to records, the fancy Zankey Construction Corp. cleared a series of liens it had on Williams’ island home since last year.

In all Williams, who’s worth more than $160 million according to Forbes, owed a mere $43,049.35.

Birdman still has some checks to write, however.

Williams was just tagged by the Internal Revenue Service for alleged non-payment of $1.92 million in income taxes between for the years 2007 through 2010, according to public records.

The taxman liened the Palm Island house until he pays up.

And then, there’s what he owes the condo association at The Ivy in downtown Miami.

If you believe another lien filed against the rap entrepreneur, he hasn’t been paying the maintenance fees on a $330,000-condo he owns there for 15 months!

Including late fees, legal fees and other charges, Williams owes $12,447!

Birdman’s publicist couldn’t be contacted.

Pitbull – Welcome To Dade County [Lil Wayne Diss]

Image,

BEEF ALERT! Pitbull and Lil Wayne are going at it — in the musical sense, of course. Because in case you guys were too busy looking at photos of Justin Bieber in bed with his siblings and/or watching Jennifer Lawrence take a tumble at the Oscars, Lil Wayne recently said some not nice things about Miami Heat players Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh during NBA All-Star Weekend. Naturally, Pitbull, a proud Floridan, wrote a retaliation diss record being all like, “EFF YOU, WAYNE!” And the best part? Aside from the whole “fighting with music” thing? Pit rhymes over over Baauer’s “Harlem Shake” beat! PRAISE!

Listen to Pitbull’s “Welcome To Dade County (Lil Wayne Diss)” after the jump.

Set to Baauer’s forever-immortalized beat, Pitbull lays the smack down: “Mouth signed check/Ass can’t cash/One-time LeBron, Bosh, D-Wade, Flash…/You got money, yeah/ Yeah, that’s sweet/ But we all know Slim and Baby really eat/ You talk Miami if you talking Heat/ Moral of the story, don’t s–t where you eat.” Is Pitbull maybe a smidge AGGRO right now? Perhaps, but being all “Florida4Lyfe!!” basically guarantees his becoming a major hometown hero AND that the entire Floridian population will lose their collective minds when this song plays up in da cluuuurb. And props to Pitbull for living up to his “Mr. 305” nickname!
